Three Incredible Venues For Live Music In Chicago

Thalia Hall

This historic landmark is located in the Pilsen neighborhood at 1807 South Allport St. 60608. Music, food, and drinks can be found together in the storied building. The solid acoustics radiate through Chicago’s Thalia hall with live music. While Indie rock/alternative is frequent here, they book various genres to enjoy. Their general admission is a standing room unless advertised as seated in one of the original 6 opera box offices, balcony, or floor seating.

When you get hungry, Dusek’s has a menu for all occasions and great beer. Concert or not, if you want the sounds of a piano or soft jazz while you enjoy a cocktail, you’re looking for the Tack Room. If you want a more laid-back atmosphere before or after the concert, then head to the bottom floor. Punch House specializes in classic spiked party drinks that pack a punch. On their website, you can check out booked shows for this music-filled historic building.
