What You’ll Find Inside: Play with Purpose
The Naperville museum is packed with hands-on exhibits where children explore science, art, math, movement, and engineering without even realizing they’re learning. DCM has over 17,000 square feet of interactive exhibits that encourage children to build structures, manipulate water and wind, experiment with electricity, and create colorful masterpieces.
One of the highlights for many families is the AWEsome Energy area, which includes dedicated spaces for air, water, and electricity exploration. Little ones can dart through wind tunnels, splash at thoughtfully designed water tables, and tinker with kinetic and potential energy.
